How can I invest with grubinvest.com?
To make an investment you must first become a member of grubinvest.com. Once you are signed up, you can make your first deposit. All deposits must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you accept when registering.

Who can participate in grubinvest.com limited? Do you accept investors from different countries?
Any person or company can participate in grubinvest.com limited. We have no restrictions on any country.

Is grubinvest.com limited officially registered?
grubinvest.com limited is a fully registered investment company based in the United Kingdom. Our Corporate Headquarters is located here:  GOLEM INVESTMENT LTD SWEDEN

What payment methods can I use to fund my account?
We work with payment systems Perfect Money, Payeer, ADVcash and Bitcoin.

Can I have more than one account with you?
Absolutely not. If we find out you have multiple accounts, all of them will be frozen and the funds forfeited without any notice.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
Click forgot password link, type your username or e-mail and follow instruction. Your login data will be sent to your e-mail address.

How can I change my personal information in my account?
Log into your account and click 'Edit Account' to enter the personal information page where you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when all necessary data are entered. Unfortunately, you cannot modify your e-mail and e-wallet because this function is disabled for security reasons.

How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
Your account will be updated as fast, as you deposit.

Can I invest several deposits at once?
Yes, you can have an unlimited number of deposits, but each of them will be processed separately.

Can I deposit directly from my account balance?
Yes! To make a deposit from your account balance, simply log into your account and click 'Make Deposit' and select 'Deposit' from 'Account Balance' button. 

After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?
The funds are usually available within a few hours but not more than 24 hours. Usually this happens quickly enough.

Are there any fees to withdraw my funds?
There are no any hidden fees to withdraw your funds.

Can there be delays on a withdrawal request?
The delay of a withdrawal sometimes can happen because of an unstable operation of payment systems or some maintenance work on the website. In such case the website administration has to wait for normalization of the situation and only then may pay out. It can take several hours up to 2-3 days.

Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do. We will pay 5 level Deep affiliate bonus First level 5% | 2nd level 3% |3rd level 1% |4th level 0.5% | 5th level 0.5% for every deposit of your referrals.

How can I withdraw funds received as a reward in affiliate program?
Your affiliate reward is accrued to the account in the payment system that was used by your referral.

Where can I find my referral link and your banners?
You can find your referral link in your main account menu. Please log in and go to 'Referral Links', you can also find our banners in Our Banners section.

How can I view the total number of referrals I have?
Log into your account and go to 'Your Referrals' section. You will find everything related to your referrals there.

Do I need to invest if I want to start attracting others and earn referral commissions?
No, you do not need to invest if you want to start earning referral commission. You only need to open an account.

Do you provide information about my income or transactions to third parties?
We act in accordance with policy of complete confidentiality. No information about you, including personal data, information on operations and revenue to anyone except you are available.

Are you protected from DDOS attacks?
Yes. We have installed Anti-DDOS protection on our servers.
